GTA6 STREET respects intellectual-property rights. We provide a process for copyright owners and authorized representatives to report alleged infringements.
Submit a request
Send a detailed notice to rights@gta6street.com. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the protected work or trademark.
- The exact URL(s) of the disputed material.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement of your authority to act on behalf of the rights owner.
- A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized.
- An accuracy statement made under penalty of perjury.
- An electronic or physical signature.
Review process
Requests are reviewed promptly. Affected material may be temporarily restricted or removed while facts and rights are verified.
Incomplete Notices
Incomplete or fraudulent notices may be ignored. Please ensure all required information is provided.
User-Submitted Content
GTA6 STREET hosts user-submitted content. If user content is removed due to a rights request, we may provide the submitting user with an opportunity to respond or file a counter-notice where appropriate under applicable law.
Trademark and Impersonation
Complaints regarding trademark infringement or impersonation should also be sent to rights@gta6street.com and include evidence of your trademark rights.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific outcome. We reserve the right to evaluate each claim independently.
Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly submit abusive, fraudulent, or infringing material may face account restrictions or termination.
